Fashion Week comes to Barnsley!

A local shopping centre is set to transform into a haven for fashion lovers once again as it launches its second Fashion Week.

The Alhambra Shopping Centre based in Barnsley will be showcasing all the latest fashion trends from the centre’s top retailers including TK Maxx, Next, Primark, Bonmarche and Select, across five days of fun dedicated to everything in style!

The event will take place from the 13th - 17th September and Barnsley Hospice will be at the centre across the five days with pop up fashion shops and fundraising.

The paparazzi will also be making an appearance on Friday 16th September and will be on the lookout for the fashion savvy. One lucky person who is spotted and has their photo taken will win £150 to spend at the centre.

On the final day of the fashion event, Saturday 17th September, our professional models will ‘pop up’ around the Centre with Fashion on the Move demonstrating the latest seasonal trends, expert style advice and free giveaways, at intervals between 11am – 3pm.

“The event was a fantastic success last year and we can’t wait for our customers to come and get fashion hints and tips, see the fashion shows and have their chance to win the £150 prize.”
