Gent Visick helps four new tenants ‘Jump’ into South Leeds

Gent Visick, the commercial property consultants, has transacted four new lettings across South Leeds whilst acting on behalf of Towngate Plc commercial property consultants.

This includes an off-market transaction to trampoline park, Jump Inc, which has taken the former Leeds Soccer City Premises off Gelderd Road comprising 48,000 sq. ft. on a 10 year lease.

Jump Inc is Rotherham-based leisure business and has existing centres in Rotherham, Leeds and Sheffield with Lincoln and Barnsley due to open shortly.

The other transaction includes a letting to Pendragon, a national operator of franchised motor dealers, which has taken occupation of Croxley House on Olympia Trading Estate, Gelderd Road, which comprises 27,000 sq. ft. on a site of 1.7 acres.

The final two deals include a new trade counter letting on Turnkey Park off Whitehall Road in Leeds to Lifting Gear UK, which specialise in lifting and safety equipment on a 10 year lease and the letting of Site 5B Haigh Park Road in Stourton to Fairfax Plant Hire on a 5 year lease.
