Peterlee’s Auxillis in recruitment drive to hire 60 new staff
A Peterlee provider of accident management services has announced a recruitment drive seeking to hire 60 new staff, amidst a rebrand.
Changing its name from Albany Assistance to Auxillis, the firm says it is beginning a new chapter in its strategy and direction.
Part of Redde plc, Auxillis has recently won new accounts including such as Mercedes Benz, boosting the need to recruit new team members.
Having already filled 40% of the new roles in Peterlee, the firm seeks to hire for a further 60 Customer Service Advisors and 5 Team Managers.
The name Auxillis was chosen as it derives from the Latin word ‘Auxillium’ meaning to help, aid and remedy, underlining perfectly the service philosophy of the business.
Jerome McManus, Marketing Director, said: “The new Auxillis branding is a logical step, recognising the immense change that has taken place and how very different the business is, and it’s new positioning in the market.
“Obviously we lose the extensive heritage of the old brand, but the new branding provides an exciting opportunity and will deliver an immediate benefit in communications with our customers”.
