Liverpool firm Bluerow expands into residential sales and valuations
Liverpool property firm Bluerow has announced the launch of a new sales division.
The company will drop the Bluerow Lettings moniker to become Bluerow Homes as it prepares to offer residential sales and valuations alongside its existing lettings, investment and property management services.
The move follows a busy year for Bluerow, during which it appointed new sales agent Nicki Boyle and moved into a brand new office.
Helen Griffin-Booth, the firm’s director, said: “This is an exciting new venture for Bluerow Homes and I am delighted to announce the launch of our new sales department.
“We’re an independent agency built on industry expertise and clients’ confidence in our service.”
She added: “The new department is set to follow in this path, as Bluerow Homes continues to grow across Liverpool and beyond.”
Helen said the company is “confident in the strength of Liverpool’s property market” with overseas investment in the city “booming” in the wake July’s Brexit vote, adding: “This is the perfect time for the inception of Bluerow Homes’ new sales division”.
