Elliot launches following programme of expansion and rebranding
Established recruitment firm Ventec Partners has officially relaunched as ‘Elliot’ following a programme of rebranding and expansion. The business will continue to focus on recruiting into Consulting, Technology, and Project Management.
Elliot is led by Assad Khan, who enjoyed success in management consulting, interim management, and IT recruitment before establishing Ventec Partners in 2010.
Having experienced year-on-year growth since formation, clients have included leading technology players such as Citrix, as well as ATOS Consulting and Cooperative Insurance.
Commenting on the launch of Elliot, Assad said: “I founded Ventec with a client-centric approach and a desire to do things differently to the typical recruitment firm. With this in mind, the launch of Elliot is about much more than a new name and a fresh look. Instead, Elliot has been created to meet the growing needs of our clients, and sees us extend our specialist recruitment support into the fields of Technology & Data, and PPM & Consulting.
The expansion is made possible with the appointment of specialist head-hunter Jemma Bye to the team. Jemma, who has 14 years’ recruitment experience and has worked for some of the world’s most renowned agencies, will head up the PPM & Consulting practice at Elliot. Jemma will also provide consultancy on new hire processes, campaign management, and employee culture.
Commenting on her appointment, Jemma said: “It’s vital that businesses and job hunters receive the highest quality recruitment advice to ensure they flourish in a competitive market. Elliot’s down to earth attitude and 100% client focus is like a breath of fresh air in the recruitment industry. I’m delighted to join the team at this exciting time for the business.”
