Property industry businessman launches new lettings agency in Leeds

A new lettings agency specialising in student and professional accommodation has launched in Leeds.

The brains behind the business is Benjamin Hodds, YourNest works with both landlords and tenants.

Benjamin, who previously was the lettings manager at Sugarhouse Properties, decided to launch YourNest with an aim of giving customers a more personalised and tailored service than what is currently on the market.

With the Leeds property market buoyant, YourNest aims to capitalise on this market through its property letting processes for students, professionals and landlords.

The YourNest offices are based at the Leeds Beckett Enterprise and Innovation Hub on Queen Square.

The Hub provides a gateway for businesses in the city to access services across the University, and ultimately, allows for collaboration and growth across Leeds.

Benjamin commented: “I’m really excited to have launched the company, and with the property market moving at such a fast pace in Leeds, I’m getting stuck in and helping my clients either market their properties, or help tenants find their perfect pad in the city.

“Gone are the days where people trawled along the high street clutching a property brochure - things are a lot more streamlined these days and we aim to capitalise on this in the most innovative ways possible by offering our clients an efficient and personal service.”

YourNest will be focusing on student areas such as Headingley, Burley Park, Kirskstall and Hyde Park, as well as professional lettings in Leeds City centre.
