Visit new Slaithwaite homes at open weekend
Huddersfield housebuilder SB Homes is opening the doors to its Empire Works development in Slaithwaite.
Local house hunters are invited to attend a special open weekend on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd October to see the development up close.
Homeseekers will be able to experience two of the four-bedroomed homes, which are the first to be completed, allowing visitors to get an idea of what’s expected for the rest of the development.
Each house is filled with all of the latest features for modern living; an open-plan family area, an ensuite to the spacious master bedroom and a modern glass frontage with views over the Slaithwaite narrow canal.

Sales manager at SB Homes Sophie Byram said: “We are looking forward to welcoming house hunters to our open day as it’s a fantastic opportunity to view the high quality finish of the development in a relaxed, informal setting.
“Our friendly and knowledgeable sales representatives will be on hand to answer any queries, so we’d encourage those interested to drop in.”
Empire Works is a development of two, three and four bedroom homes in the centre of Slaithwaite, with excellent commuter links to Huddersfield, Manchester and Leeds, nearby restaurants, bars and amenities.
Phase one of three is currently underway, which offers a mix of four-bedroom homes, with prices starting at £285,000. However, the open weekend will see new homes being released at £230,000 and further information available on phases 2-3.
The open days are taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 1-2nd October, between 10am and 5pm at Howgate Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5AY.
