Yorvik Homes officially open Richmond new homes development
Yorvik Homes, the York-based property developer, has officially opened a new development of 32 two, three and four bedroom family homes in Richmond, North Yorkshire.
Temple Gate is a select development on the edge of the historic market town and twelve of these properties are now available in the first phase of the development.
Two properties have already been reserved within days of the sales suite opening.
The properties have been sensitively designed using a range of different exterior finishes to ensure that they are in keeping with the historic local surroundings.
Internally, the properties will be completed with fixtures and fittings throughout including Neff appliances and a choice of British made Sheraton kitchens.
Ann Wardell, sales executive at Yorvik Homes, said: “The sales suite opening has been met with a great deal of interest already.
“The design and layout of the homes is really suited to modern living and we offer our customers a lot of choice which makes buying a new home with us particularly special.
“The location on the edge of Richmond is very attractive, as it is within walking distance of the town centre with everything buyers need locally.”
Matthew Gath, managing director at Yorvik Homes, said: “We aim to build attractive, high quality, low maintenance homes that people want to live in.
“The Temple Gate development is in a great location on the doorstep to the Dales and within easy reach of the A1. I think the interest we have received so far is testament to the fact that if the right properties are built in the right area, people will want to buy them.”
Prices range from £225k for a 3 bedroom semi-detached property to £345k for a 4 bedroom detached property.
