Behind the Business with Ines Newell

Bdaily goes behind the business with Ines Newell, Director and Lifecoach at Coach Life Line. Coach Life Line is both an online and offline business. It is open to all who require its services and has a particular leaning to those seeking refuge in the United Kingdom.

What key challenges has your company recently faced?

My company is recently formed and faces the challenge of becoming known by those who will benefit from its services. Advertising is expensive for a start-up business and word of mouth (whilst good) is slow. The business needs to be presented to a wider audience.

What is your biggest achievement over the past 12 months?

Enlarging my network of contacts and working with a senior member of the Department for Work and Pensions.

What is your most important focus for the coming year, and what do you hope to achieve?

My major focus for the coming year is to secure funding so those who will benefit from my services but cannot afford them will be provided for.

What excites you most about your industry and business?

Without any doubt, seeing the transformation in peoples lives. I am very much of the view that nearly every one of us lives below the level we could be at. When that happens the music we should bring to life’s symphony is missing and we are each of us the poorer.

What do you wish you’d known when starting out?

How to discern between good and bad advice.

What will be the “next big thing“ in your industry, and how do you plan to handle it?

I think franchising will come into the personal coaching business. It is, of course, a concept that has been introduced into other businesses and industries but not personal coaching. My plan for handling it is to develop my own teaching material and sell it to others in my field
