Prospective homeowners set to flock to Brindley Park

Prospective homebuyers will have the chance to view their dream home over the weekend of 17 and 18 September, with the launch of Radleigh Homes’ new showhome at its exciting Brindley Park development in Chellaston.

Brindley Park, off Woodgate Drive, was launched in May and offers homebuyers the luxury of enjoying village life on the outskirts of the city.

Smaller than other developments in the area, it features an outstanding collection of just 54 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes, located in the highly sought after village of Chellaston.

The development will have its own unique community feel, with lots of green open spaces and a well-equipped play park, with a whole host of other amenities close by.

Each property will benefit from private parking and its own secure rear garden – and in common with all Radleigh homes, the build quality and finish of the properties is of the highest standard.

Brindley Park will showcase the four bedroom detached ‘Repton’ house type, which was a hit at Radleigh’s popular Saxon Fields development in Ashbourne.

Highlights of the ‘Repton’ include an open plan kitchen/dining/family area and a separate living room, which features French doors opening onto the rear garden. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and a further main bathroom.

The new showhome has been created by interior designers, working in conjunction with Radleigh Homes. A stunning family home, it combines contemporary design with quality craftsmanship and is sympathetic to the way modern families live their lives, from the open plan kitchen and family area to the spacious bedrooms.

It has been decorated in neutral tones and will feature the latest design trends.

After viewing the new showhome, visitors will be able to visit the new marketing suite, which showcases the range of house types that will be available Brindley Park and give homebuyers information about the range of initiatives offered by Radleigh to make homeownership a reality.

Speaking about the launch of the new showhome, Natalie Griffiths, head of sales at the Radleigh Group, said:

“There has been a huge amount of interest in Brindley Place since our official launch in May and the opening of the marketing suite in July, with lots of enquiries from local residents who love living in Chellaston, but want to buy a new-build property.

“Location and lifestyle are both huge factors when deciding on a home and Brindley Park offers homeowners the very best of both worlds – living in an exclusive development in the heart of a picturesque village, close to a range of local amenities and major road networks.

“We’re very much looking forward to the opening of the showhome and showing people the quality and character that Radleigh’s homes are renowned for,” added Natalie.

Rated as one of the top 15 areas in England to raise children, Chellaston puts homebuyers at the heart of village life, but with great road links to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester via the A50 and M1.

The village boasts excellent local amenities, with a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, along with a library and medical centre. There is a great choice of schools and further education facilities in the area too, including Chellaston Academy for 11 – 18 year olds.

Prices at Brindley Park start from £190,400 with the government’s Help To Buy scheme.

The marketing suite and showhome are open from 10.30am to 5.00pm Friday to Monday and 10.00am - 7.00pm on Thursdays.
