Global digital media firm expands offices at 8 Park Row in Leeds

PERFORM, the global digital media company, is expanding its base at 8 Park Row in Leeds city centre.

CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team has leased an additional 3,833 sq ft floor to the company, which will now occupy around 16,000 sq ft at 8 Park Row.

PERFORM, which has some 900 staff in 23 offices across the world, launched its Leeds office at 8 Park Row in 2012.

The company, which focuses on commercialising sports content over digital platforms, has around 60 staff working from its offices at 8 Park Row.

Alex Hailey, Associate Director of Office Agency at CBRE Leeds, said: “8 Park Row occupies a prime position within Leeds city centre, just a short walk from the train station and the business and retail quarters.

“The Grade A office accommodation is well suited to PERFORM’s requirement for high quality, modern space and the building offers an excellent location for PERFORM to expand.”

CBRE is joint agent on 8 Park Row with BNP Paribas and Sanderson Weatherall.
