WNS Launches New Thought Leadership Platform, WNS DecisionPoint
WNS, a leading provider of global Business Process Management (BPM) services, today announced the launch of WNS DecisionPoint™ – a new thought leadership platform designed to provide C-suite executives with data-driven perspectives on current and emerging business trends.
WNS DecisionPointTM will combine WNS’ research-driven analytics and domain expertise with contributions from some of the world’s leading institutions, including Knowledge@Wharton, the online business analysis journal of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. WNS DecisionPointTM will provide executives with access to a unique repository of industry insights, market research and strategic analysis to help generate improved understanding and performance.
“Having partnered with global clients to deliver high-impact business outcomes for over 20 years, we have realized that CXOs are often tasked with making long-term strategic business decisions in a very short time-frame,” said Keshav R. Murugesh, WNS’ Group CEO. “Therefore, timely access to accurate insights based on empirical evidence and domain knowledge is critical to the decision process. WNS DecisionPointTM gives decision makers ‘points of facts’ and leverages both qualitative and quantitative analyses of data derived from credible primary and secondary research studies. The platform’s emphasis will be on the application of analytics, disruptive technologies, next-gen customer experience and business model innovation. WNS DecisionPointTM promises to “Bring the Future Forward” and empower organizations to prioritize and execute strategic ideas in alignment with today’s realities and tomorrow’s disruptions.”
WNS has teamed up with Knowledge@Wharton to provide thought leadership that combines actionable and data-driven insights from experts at WNS and Wharton.
