Hull Cleaning and Supplies relocates into new premises with six-figure fund
A Hull-based business, which specialises in industrial and commercial cleaning, has moved into new premises to support its growth strategy.
Hull Cleaning and Supplies Ltd have moved into new premises on Folland Way, South Orbital Trading Park in Hull, with a six-figure fund from NatWest.
Launched in 2009, the family-run business offers commercial cleaning, regular contract cleaning, industrial kitchen cleans and builders cleans to customers around Hull and East Yorkshire.
Hull Cleaning and Supplies also has a wholesale outlet from which the business sells and distributes a range of cleaning products, janitorial supplies and cleaning chemicals.
With a team of 24 employees, Hull Cleaning and Supplies created 10 new jobs following the move to the new 4,500 sq ft unit earlier this summer.
Gary McMaster, owner and director of Hull Cleaning and Supplies, said: “Having our own premises gives us so much more flexibility so we can develop the business as we need to. We can modify the building to accommodate our growing needs more efficiently which benefits the business and our customers.”
To obtain funding to purchase the unit, Gary turned to NatWest relationship manager Paul Wright and business growth enable Wasim Alam for support. Paul obtained a six-figure loan to facilitate.
Gary added: We have a very good relationship with NatWest. Paul, Wasim and the team understand our business and what we want to achieve, and are able to support us with funding solutions which meet our needs.“
Paul also commented: “It’s an exciting time for Hull Cleaning and Supplies following the move into new premises.
“The new unit will give them much more flexibility to develop and we wish the business every success for the future.”
