Sigma Capital announces new appointments in North West
Residential and urban regeneration specialist Sigma Capital, has made two new appointments at its North West office as part of its growth strategy in the region.
Steven Brewster has joined the company as Development Manager from J&E Shepherd Surveyors. Steven is responsible for the planning, acquisition and delivery of Sigma’s PRS schemes across the Midlands and Southern England. He will concentrate on managing key relationships to ensure each development is delivered in accordance with its contractual requirements.
Victoria Hurcomb has also joined Sigma in the role of Marketing Manager, having previously spent over two years at Refinery Marketing Communications. Victoria is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, as well as taking a lead role in developing and implementing the Sigma Capital and related private rental brands across current and future schemes.
Steven Brewster said of his new role: “Sigma Capital is an exciting company renowned for its expertise in the residential property sector so I am delighted to take the position of Development Manager. The company is a driving force the PRS market in the UK and I look forward to helping expand the brand into the Midlands.”
Victoria added: “Sigma is a hugely successful organisation that has recently experienced significant growth. From a marketing perspective this is an opportune time to develop the brand further and I am looking forward to being part of that journey.”
In May 2016 Sigma Capital also appointed Hannah Spray as Asset Manager to supervise the company’s property portfolio across the North West. Hannah has been invaluable to the business over the last five months and continues to go from strength to strength in her role.
