First images of Manchester CitySuites revealed
The first images of CitySuites, the new Manchester residential brand, have been released this week ahead of its launch in January 2017.
The 17-storey building will be located on Chapel Street, overlooking Embankment square, and feature a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to a number of larger ‘super suites’.
CitySuites is also set to include an on-site gym, swimming pool, valet parking and reception services.
Apartments at the scheme will be available on a short-term basis, from one week up to one year.
Gavin Bailey, operations director at CitySuites, said: “We provide the high quality and customer service of a hotel with the space of a serviced apartment.
“This combination, along with flexible tenancies simply doesn’t exist in Manchester today. That’s why it will revolutionise business stays in the city as well as creating one of the region’s most desirable addresses.”
He added: “Manchester is the name on the lips of millions of domestic and international business travellers and we believe CitySuites will provide city-centre visitors with an unrivalled new place to call home.”
The CitySuites brand is owned by North West-headquartered developer Select Property Group.
