Construction underway on new housing development in Burbage
Work is underway on a new housing development in rural Wiltshire.
Malmesbury-based Charles Church Wessex is constructing 45 homes at St Dunstan’s Place on High Street, Burbage.
A selection of two-bedroom bungalows and three, four and five-bedroom homes are being built, which are now available to buy at pre-showhome prices.
Woolley & Wallis Estate Agents in Marlborough are overseeing the sales prior to the development’s official launch early November.
Offering something for everyone, St Dunstan’s Place is located in an area of outstanding national beauty with convenient transport links and amenities nearby.
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director, at Charles Church Wessex, said: “We’re really excited that work is underway on what will be an attractive and much sought after development.
“Burbage is a beautiful village and it’s easy to see why it has previously won the title of Best Kept Large Village.
“Charles Church is anticipating much demand for these homes, so I would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch and take full advantage of our pre-showhome prices.”
