Furniture retailer Multiyork to launch 7,582 sq ft Trafford store
Furniture company Multiyork has signed up for space at White City Retail Park in Stretford, near Manchester.
The Derwent Group, which owns the retail scheme, has handed a 7,582 sq ft unit over to the national retailer on a 15-year lease.
With fit-out works due to get underway soon, the store will open later this year.
Multiyork is one of a number of retailers to secure a place at White City Retail Park in recent months.
Oak Furniture Land, discount chain Home Bargains and The Food Warehouse are among the brands to agree deals with The Derwent Group in 2016.
The Derwent Group’s senior asset manager, James Maule-Ffinch, said: “Multiyork is the latest in a number of retailers to join the diverse tenant mix at the newly transformed White City Retail Park.
“We’ve been really pleased with the level of interest we’ve received thus far and the quality of the retailers which have joined.”
He added: “We anticipate further strong interest from tenants that will strengthen White City’s retail and leisure offering.”
Advisory firms Cheetham & Mortimer and CSP (Curson Sowerby) are joint agents for White City Retail Park.
