Kitchen design firm Stuart Frazer expands with relaunched contracts arm
Lancashire-based kitchen design firm Stuart Frazer has relaunched its offer for property developers with a new team and new division.
Operating as Stuart Frazer – SieMatic for Developers, the family-owned company’s new division is run by its head of contracts, Lisa McCormick, alongside office manager Peter Lawson and senior project manager James Aston.
The brand has already secured a number of projects across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, London and the Midlands, for client such as Property Alliance, Hurstwood Holdings, CPUK, PA Developments and First Step.
Stuart Frazer MD Mark Harrison said: “We feel this is the perfect time to invest in an expansion and restructure of the contracts arm of our business.
“We have a unique offer for high-end property developers because we know firsthand what luxury customers are looking for and what will sell a property to them.”

Stuart Frazer, which has showrooms in Manchester, Preston and Read, is the UK’s longest serving supplier of German kitchen manufacturer SieMatic’s kitchenware range.
