Joint agents Dodds Brown and Knight Frank have let more than 15,000 sq ft of high specification space at Wynyard Business Park, near Billingham in the Tees Valley.
Acting on behalf of Northumberland Estates, the pair have signed a 10 year lease at the business park which has secured a raft of lettings of late.
Razorblue Group, Macleods Pharma UK Limited, Paul Card Recruitment, F W Capital Limited and Armstrong Consultancy Services have all leased space at the site close to the junction of the A19 with the A689.
Stephen Brown, Senior Partner at Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown said: “Wynyard Park is a prestigious location.
“[The site offers] quality office space in a superb environment with good road connections not only to Teesside, but also to Tyneside, Wearside and Durham, and the rest of the UK.”
Rebecca Maddison, Office Agency Surveyor at the Newcastle office of Knight Frank, added: “The Wynyard lifestyle with first class on-site facilities, including a café, nursery, dentist and gym, and proximity to the sought after executive housing at Wynyard Park, to leisure facilities at Wynyard Hall Hotel and to top schools, also added to the appeal of this premier office development.”
