Chill Factore to create 100 winter jobs
One of the North West’s busiest visitor attractions, Chill Factore, has unveiled plans to take on dozens of new employees this winter.
The indoor skiing facility is launching its Santa’s Grotto next month and plans to create 100 seasonal employment opportunities.
The positions available will include guest services, snow crew, Santa’s helpers and other posts.
Chill Factore CEO Morwenna Angove said: “We’re pleased to be able to offer seasonal employment to 100 passionate people as we prepare to welcome thousands of visitors to enjoy our Christmas events and activities.
“We have a range of positions available, enabling interested applicants to gain work experience and develop career skills over the Christmas period – we see many seasonal employees returning year on year.”
She added: “We look forward to welcoming families to meet Santa and enjoy play time in the Snow Park, our very own winter wonderland!”
Located at Trafford Park, Chill Factore provides year-round winter sports activities to over 1m people annually.
The company said its Santa’s Grotto is the only one in the UK to be housed in real snow.
