The Chocolate Works VIP event in York

Local housebuilder David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East is inviting prospective homebuyers to experience luxury this Saturday 15th October, as it opens the doors to its iconic The Chocolate Works development in York for a VIP event. Mortgage specialists and Part Exchange experts will be on hand all day to offer help and advice, meaning prospective homebuyers could walk away with a reservation for their dream home. What’s more, David Wilson Homes is offering a £1,500 bundle of interiors vouchers to help buyers who reserve a home at the event to customise their new property.

Located in York’s desirable South Bank and a stones throw away from the sought after Bishopthorpe Road, The Chocolate Works offers a selection of two, three and four bedroom homes on the site of the former Terry’s Chocolate Factory.
