Winter sports retailer Rivington Alpine to launch Chorley store
North West winter sports retailer Rivington Alpine is due to launch a brand new shop this month.
The firm, which was previously based in an industrial unit, is moving into a larger store in the village of Adlington, near Chorley.
Located within minutes of Junction 6 of the M61, Rivington Alpine’s new premises in a former Methodist Church building will continue to provide the firm’s staple winter sports hardware and related services, including personalised boot fitting and ski and snowboard servicing and repairs.
The founder and managing director of Rivington Alpine, former Royal Marine Graham Pugh, said: “We’re now really looking forward to moving into our new building after months of renovation work and welcoming our customers back in from October 15 onwards.”
Commenting on the new store, Graham continued: “It’s a fantastic space and provides skiers from the North West region and beyond the chance to have specialist and personalised boot fitting along with professional ski servicing from experienced staff using the latest equipment.”
The store will be officially opened by members of the Rossendale Junior Ski Club.
