Knight Frank appointed a sole agents for Wakefield Europort distribution warehouse
The Leeds and Sheffield offices of property consultancy Knight Frank have been appointed as the sole agents for an 111,600 sq ft distribution unit at Wakefield Europort by client Travis Perkins Properties.
The detached unit, which is currently occupied by Wickes is now being fully marketed and will be available to occupy from mid-December.
Iain McPhail, partner in Leeds, commented: “This is a prestigious appointment for us and we expect a good deal of interest in a quality building in a prime distribution location just off Junction 31 of the M62.
“The unit has been built to the highest specification, with a mix of dock and ground level loading, large secure yard with 65m depth, 10 metre eaves height and two-storey offices.
Wakefield Europort is regarded as one of the premier logistics and distribution destinations in the region which has attracted major high-profile occupiers including Asda, Royal Mail, DHL, Argos and Warburtons.
