Duchy Homes launches fifth development in Doncaster
Duchy Homes, the Leeds-based house builder, has officially launched its Tower Gardens development in Scawthorpe, Doncaster.
Tower Gardens is set within a 2.2 acre decommissioned reservoir site that is accessed directly off Green Lane on the western edge of Scawthorpe in Doncaster.
Duchy Homes, which is based in Thorpe Park Business Park, has commenced sales of the development which includes four five-bedroom houses, five four-bedroom house and three three-bedroom detached bungalows.
The show home will be open for viewing in Spring 2017.
Prices start from £349,999 and four sales have already been secured from the sales launch this weekend.
