Helping you to Get Online
Get Online Week, from Monday, October 17 until Sunday, October 23, is a national campaign to encourage people to improve their digital skills.
People can be supported to do this at Citizens Advice Darlington through the HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs) Advice project.
The aim of the HMRC Advice project is to empower people to register and access services and gain skills they need to be become more confident users of HMRC’s services.
One of the ways they can do this is through the www.learnmyway.com website, which is a free online course for beginners helping then to develop digital skills.
However, the site can also be accessed and useful to people who have digital skills and wish to improve them.
For more information or for support to Get Online, telephone Citizens Advice Darlington on 01325 256999, extension 113
