Last apartments remain for sale at Knights Court

With only a handful of apartments left in Old Sarum, buyers are being urged to hurry if they want to secure the keys to their dream home.

Regional builder Charles Church Wessex has been delighted with the success of Knights Court since it launched earlier this year as people rushed to snap up a range of one and two-bedroom apartments.

The 22 properties on the site offer spacious living in a great location that is perfect for first-time buyers or those looking to invest.

Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director at Charles Church Wessex, said: “We believe Knights Court is popular because it offers the best of both worlds, situated just three miles north of Salisbury with its excellent range of shopping, educational and leisure facilities whilst also having a semi-rural location.

“With only three properties left for sale, we would urge people to act quickly if they want to live here.”

Help to Buy is just one of the schemes available at Knights Court that makes buying a new home really affordable.

Pauline added: “The Government-backed Help to Buy scheme is proving popular with many buyers as only a 5% deposit is needed along with a 75% mortgage. The rest is made up with a 20% equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first five years.

“Thanks to Help to Buy it’s never been easier for potential purchasers to take that all important step on to the property ladder and start investing in their own futures. We can open the door to their new home a lot sooner than many people think.”

The last remaining properties are being sold from Abbey Green in Amesbury. Anyone interested should call 01980 880 348.
