CFO steps down at Hartlepool's Stadium Group Plc
Joanne Estell, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Hartlepool-based Stadium Group Plc, has stepped down according to an announcement this morning.
A statement revealed that Joanne is leaving the supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies to pursue new opportunities outside of the group.
The firm’s board has initiated a search for a replacement and Joanne will be available to provide handover whilst a search for her successor is undertaken.
Charlie Peppiatt, Chief Executive Officer of Stadium, said: “On behalf of everyone at Stadium, I would like to thank Joanne for her valuable contribution to the business.
“She played a key role as we transitioned the business from an electronic manufacturing service business to a technology led organisation, through organic diversification and a series of strategic acquisitions.
“Joanne has been a valued colleague and I thank her for the support she has given. The Board and I wish her well in her future career.”
