Digital heavy weights descend on Bristol to promote collaboration
Alexandra Deschamps-Sonsino, founder at Designswarm and one of the top 10 IOT influencers, as well as Matt Zarandi, Head of Design and UX at AOL, are just two of the luminaries set to share the secrets of digital success at ‘Collaborate Bristol’ this year.
The two-day conference, which includes a day of workshops, aims to inspire and encourage collaboration in Bristol’s creative and digital hub, helping businesses to further their knowledge in all things UX and CX.
The event, which is being held on 11 November at the Bristol Aquarium will feature some of the world’s finest design minds who’ll be presenting talks looking at the past, present and future of design.
Delegates will be enlightened on the subject of how UX theories can be used to generate innovative ideas, deliver great user experiences and help brands stand out from the crowd. Calling upon the audience as designers to get inspired by a range of case studies, the event will also encourage participants to add new methods to their own toolkits and boost upcoming UX projects in the process.
Now in its fourth year, Collaborate Bristol is a UX and Design conference that is run in celebration of World Usability Day and organised by strategic UX design agency Nomensa.
Catherine Vaughan, Head of Marketing at Nomensa, said: “We now exist in a world that is increasingly dependent on digital solutions, and this has implications for every single one of us. From our professional to our personal lives, digital now plays a role in every part of our existence and as a result more brands than ever are looking to take a digital first approach wherever possible.
“At Collaborate Bristol delegates will not only get to hear from some of the world’s leading digital thinkers, but also from the best in the West as over 300 creative thinkers from across the region converge to learn, network, meet, celebrate and inspire as part of the wider quest to ensure the digital world keeps on turning.”
