Marketing Consultant in the Running for Industry Award
Yorkshire marketer, Katrina Cliffe, founder of Huddersfield marketing agency KC Communications (Marketing) Ltd, has been shortlisted in the Consultant/Freelancer Category of the 2016 CIM Northern Awards.
Sponsored by The Marketing Trust, The CIM Northern Awards, now in its third year, celebrates the insight, creativity and success of the Northern marketing industry, the outstanding campaigns and the talent from across the region. The Awards ceremony will be held in Newcastle on Thursday 03 November. There are 16 award categories, 12 of which are open to entries, and the evening event will once again be hosted by TV’s Andy Crane.
With a 15-year career in the marketing industry, starting out as an apprentice, Katrina has held a number of roles both agency and client side with her most recent role seeing her travel the world managing the marketing remit for Dublin based global facing software business, i-conX solutions.
In 2014 Katrina established her own business, KC Communications which is also in the running for the Northern Small Agency award. Additionally, Katrina is the only Yorkshire marketer in the running for the Consultant/Freelancer category,

The shortlisting is testimony to the hard work and dedication I have not only put into my whole marketing career, but in particular the past few years which has seen me complete CIM qualifications and set up my own business. I am dedicated to providing an outstanding level of service to my clients whilst also helping to support those looking to enter the industry so to have this recognised truly is an honour.”
