Unpack Hamburg at IBTM
Meeting and event planners at IBTM have been invited to unpack Hamburg as part of a new campaign dedicated to the MICE market launched by Hamburg Convention Bureau.
The new campaign, Unpack Hamburg, aims to reveal the secret attractions of the city. Over the next year, the team at Hamburg Convention Bureau (HCB), will virtually ‘unpack’ the suitcase, with a different item revealed and showcased each month.
Visitors to HCB’s stand (booth no 50-33) at IBTM in Barcelona have the chance to win a Rimowa suitcase, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of premium luggage.
Florian Gerdes, Marketing Manager Conventions at Hamburg Convention Bureau, explains:
“We want to share the surprises that a visit to Hamburg delivers. Our city, Germany’s second largest, offers much more than great meeting venues and unique hotels. Insiders love Hamburg’s maritime flair, cosmopolitan lifestyle, spectacular port and diverse cultural and culinary landscape.
“Over a period of 12 months we’ll unpack Hamburg’s suitcase full of spectacular city highlights and share these with meeting planners from across the world, including right here in Barcelona. Visitors to IBTM - get ready to unpack Hamburg!”
Follow the campaign via www.unpackhamburg.com and via Twitter (#unpackhamburg)
Planners can meet Hamburg Convention Bureau at IBTM (booth no 50-33) taking place 29 November – 1 December in Barcelona.
