Northgate creates 5 jobs with Billingham office opening
Darlington-headquartered estate agency Northgate has opened a new Teesside office in Billingham, bringing a raft of new jobs to the area.
Occupying office space at number eight Town Square, Billingham, the family-run firm has recruited five new employees at the 800 sq ft unit.
Established in 2005, Northgate has since expanded with additional offices in Newton Aycliffe and the West End of Darlington before joining Aldi, Co-op Funeral Services and Costa Coffee in Billingham town centre.
Russell Hartshorn, Northgate Managing Director, said: “We are delighted and excited to open our new Teeside office in Billingham town centre.
“The new branch is run by Lee Simpson and Katy Hall, both from Billingham, while the rest of the team all started their careers in the town, so have a wealth of experience and local knowledge.
“We bring a fresh approach to estate agency and we are sure once you have visited our new office and team you will agree our service is invaluable. We look forward to helping people move home.”
Andrew Wilkinson of Connect Property North East (CPNE) commented: “Northgate is an established regional estate agent and we are delighted that they have invested in Billingham including carrying out a fantastic shop fit in the Town Square.
“They are a welcome addition to the town centre’s existing retail line up and this continues a run of new retail openings including Aldi and Co-op Funeral Services this year delivered with our joint letting agents Colliers.”
