Planning secured for £20m Roomzzz development in York city centre
Hotel chain Roomzzz has been granted planning permission to expand its portfolio of aparthotels into York with a brand new location planned to open in summer 2018.
The four-storey, £20m development will featuring 97 luxury apartments and create an estimated 20 new jobs across all levels, from porters to managers, and cleaners to concierge.
Located on a waterfront location in the heart of York city centre, Roomzzz York will begin construction in 2017.
