Evans Halshaw acquires Newcastle Hyundai retailer
Automotive retailer Evans Halshaw has acquired the Hyundai retailer located in Newcastle upon Tyne, expanding its portfolio.
Part of Pendragon PLC, Evans Halshaw have taken over the Scotswood Road-based business from Lookers PLC, after finalising terms on 1st November 2016.
This acquisition forms part of Pendragon’s growing relationship with the Hyundai Motor Company following the acquisition of Hyundai Leeds in February 2016 and the addition of the Harrogate location in September 2015.
Hyundai Newcastle will now join the other three Evans Halshaw Hyundai locations including Gateshead, Harrogate and Leeds and will continue to offer a range of New and Used vehicles as well as a selection of Aftersales services.
