£7m London Bayswater hotel comes to market
UK business property valuers and surveyors Fleurets has brought The Caring Hotel in Bayswater to the market for £7m.
Residing in one of London’s primary hotel districts, the site is located between Bayswater Tube Station and Queensway Tube in a Victorian townhouse area.
Under the same ownership since 1984, the hotel has functioned as a budget offering although is in need of new operators after owners Robert and Mary Kalcov announced their decisions to retire.
The Kalcovs commented: “We have enjoyed running the hotel, but after 32 years we have chosen to retire. We have built a solid returning customer base, which have included business people as well as families from all over the world.
The 6,876 sq ft unit is available for freehold, with accommodation arranged over six floors featuring 25 bedrooms.
Andy Frisby, responsible for overseeing Fleurets’ London market, added: “Central London hotels of this scale are scarcely available on the open market.
“This is a rare opportunity, and we welcome interest from both developers and hotels operators.”
