Robert Pinkus & Co. acted on behalf of the landlords and JLL acted as joint agents.
Roman Way Industrial Estate is located within 1 mile of junction 31a of the M6 providing excellent access to the M55, M6 and M61. The estate is traditionally very popular and is home to other occupiers such as Comet, Warehouse Wine Ltd, Booths, Mondi Board, Recycling Lives and Business Post.
Danny Pinkus, Partner at Robert Pinkus said, “The three recent deals at Roman Way are testament to the estate’s ongoing popularity. There has been some welcome investment into some of the older warehousing stock on the site recently and this has added to the estate’s appeal to the industrial lettings market.”
