Indie fashion brand 7Liverpool debuts at Liverpool ONE

Independent fashion retailer 7Liverpool has launched at Liverpool ONE.

The company opened its debut store within a 1,200 sq ft unit on Paradise Street, drawing its brand directly from the city’s history of being founded upon seven key streets more than 800 years ago.

7Liverpool will stock a variety of men’s fashion products from footwear and apparel brands such as Adidas Originals, Android Homme, Mason Garments and Kenzo.

Jack Spellacy, 7Liverpool’s buying director, said: “Host to a select range of limited releases from highly sought-after labels, 7Liverpool sets a new precedent in terms of product offering, space aesthetic and shopping experience.

“Our store represents the end of the era of bland presentation and delivery that has gone on for far too long.”

He added: “Launching on Paradise Street at Liverpool ONE is a dream come true for us and it is great to be a part of the local fashion heritage that inspired this new concept.”

7Liverpool’s launch follows the opening of several new retailers on Paradise Street, including Jack Wolfskin, Smiggle, Foot Asylum and Lindt.

Further, watch company Rolex and cosmetics brand Urban Decay are currently fitting out their L1 stores in time for Christmas, while clothing retailer Guess will open its new shop in early 2017.

Miles Dunnett, director of L1 owner Grosvenor Europe, commented: “7Liverpool is another great addition to Liverpool ONE.

“The concept brings something very different to our line-up, reinforcing our fashion credentials and complementing the other recent arrivals and forthcoming arrivals, such as Jack Wolfskin and Guess.”

Real estate firms Cushman & Wakefield and Metis acted for Liverpool ONE on the deal. 7Liverpool was represented by Lawson Hubbard Lowe.
