David Wilson Homes to complete £25k East Yorkshire development
David Wilson Homes has has announced it is making a £25k investment into developing new homes at Saxon Gate in Stamford Bridge, East Yorkshire.
Supporting 66 construction jobs, Saxon Gate will provide 189 new homes and sees the housebuilder making a total construction investment of £11.2m to the area.
Opening its doors to the public on 12th November, the site will comprise of two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
Sarah Hanna, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, said: “We have delivered a number of new developments in East Yorkshire through the years and are delighted to be opening our doors to Saxon Gate in Stamford Bridge on the 12th November.
“Saxon Gate will meet the critical need for new homes in York and the surrounding area and, with a selection of homes suitable for both first time buyers and people looking to move up the ladder, we anticipate interest in this development to be high.”
