Auxillis shortlisted for two North East Contact Centre Awards
Peterlee claims management firm, Auxillis has been shortlisted for two awards at the upcoming North East Contact Centre Award 2016.
The awards now in their 13th year, celebrate and recognise the very best practitioners in the thriving contact and call centre industry.
After being crowned the Customer Experience Champion last year, Auxillis are returning to the event nominated for the big prize of the night – the North East Contact Centre of the Year 2016, over 250 seats. The nominations come after a busy year for Auxillis, with a recent company rebranding and many new business wins such as Mercedes Benz and Inchcape - all whilst maintaining their exceptional customer service levels.
Commenting on the announcement, Operations Director Susan Howe said: “We are overjoyed to have been nominated once again for two awards. It is the hard work and commitment of the Auxillis team that has helped us to make the shortlists against such strong competition and I would like to extend a special thank you to all of the team.”
“We’re really proud to be a part of the North East’s vibrant high quality contact centre sector”
Organised by Sunderland Live on behalf of Sunderland City Council, the Narnia themed awards ceremony will be held in the Ramside Hall Hotel on Friday 18th November, with the shortlisted companies competing across 11 different categories.
