Delifonseca Dockside named runner-up at prestigious awards

Delifonseca Dockside has been named as a runner-up in this year’s Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards as part of its Edge & Son collaboration.

The award-winning Brunswick Quay eatery and deli, along with its in-house butchery concession, attended an exclusive awards ceremony, where the duo was commended in the ‘Food Hall Butchery Business of the Year’ category.

Proprietor of Delifonseca Candice Fonseca said: “It’s fantastic that since we have joined forces with Edge & Son earlier this year, our combined efforts to offer locally sourced, good produce have been recognised by such bodies as Meat Trades Journal’s prestigious Butcher’s Shop of the Year Awards 2016.
