Local housebuilders announce Newcastle homes ready for Christmas
With the festive season well on the way, five star housebuilders, Barratt Homes North East and David Wilson Homes North East, have announced they have a range of properties that are completed and ready for Newcastle homebuyers to move into before Christmas if purchased by the end of November. The housebuilders are urging people to visit soon if they want to be in their new home for the festive period.
Barratt Homes North East currently has two and three bedroom homes ready to move into at its City Edge development on Firfield Road in Blakelaw, including the Morpeth 2, a three-bedroom family home and the two-bedroom Newton. There are further three and four bedroom homes available at Milburn Green on Cricket Terrace in Burnopfield.
David Wilson Homes North East has luxury homes available at its stunning La Sagesse development on Towers Avenue in Jesmond, including the beautiful five-bedroom Carham and a range of apartments in the unique Iona House.
Fenton Hewitt, Sales Director at Barratt Developments North East, commented: “This year has been a hugely successful one for our business, with record sales success in the region and an overall increase in sales of 74% over the past five years. Our team has been working incredibly hard to ensure we are continuing to offer a range of quality homes throughout Newcastle, particularly ahead of Christmas. We have a great range of properties, which are ready to move into, with the buying process taking as little as four weeks. Many of the homes available can be bought using our innovative Part Exchange scheme or the Help to Buy scheme, which makes the buying process much easier, so buyers really could be in their new home by Christmas!”
