Emsley Solicitors secure new deal Colton Mill in Leeds
Emsley Solicitors has secured a letting at an office building at Colton Mill in Leeds.
The 5,028 sq ft modern two-storey office building will be occupied by the solicitors on a 10-year lease. Rent is £65,000 a year (£13.50 sq ft).
The Leeds office of property consultancy Knight Frank has advised the landlord, Frances Quinlan, on the letting.
Colton Mill Office Park is situated immediately opposite the entrance to Thorpe Park with local amenities and facilities including Sainsbury’s supermarket, Colton Mill Retail Park, Travelodge, Pizza Hut, Busy Bees creche and Thorpe Park Hotel and Spa.
Nearby occupiers include Andrew Page, Yorkshire Water, and Kuehne + Nagel.
Elizabeth Ridler, partner and office agency specialist at Knight Frank, commented: “This was an excellent deal, which suited all parties.
“It underlines the strength of the location, next to Junction 46 of the M1, and the quality of the building, which boasts 24 on-site car parking spaces. It proves that the Yorkshire property market is still strong, despite the post-Brexit uncertainty.”
