CBRE and Carter Towler appointed to revamped Leeds city centre office building
Addington Capital has appointed the office agency teams at CBRE and Carter Towler in Leeds have been appointed to manage Aireside House, an office building situated in the heart of Leeds’ central office core.
Aireside House, located on Aire Street within 200m of Leeds city centre railway station, is a four storey brick built property currently undergoing a refurbishment which will be completed in quarter one, 2017.
The works will include refurbished common areas, LED lighting, air conditioning and brand new shower facilities.
The office space will offer media/tech style accommodation featuring exposed original brick and beams.
Prospective tenants will benefit from office studio space with suites available from 667 sq ft to 2,336 sq ft.
The building benefits from being within a short walk of the retail quarter and the Trinity Shopping centre, as well as being in close proximity to a wude range of bars and restaurants.
