Properties prove popular at Luton development
Residents in and around Bedfordshire have the final chance to secure their home on a popular housing development.
Industry leader Persimmon Homes North London took the wraps off 63 properties on its Dallow Place development in Luton and a sustained high level of interest over recent months means just nine remain.
Greg Kaye, head of sales at Persimmon Homes North London, has urged prospective home buyers to act quickly to secure their spot at Dallow Place.
Greg said: “The properties at Dallow Place have been much sought after and we now have only a few remaining.
“People should act quickly if they are not to miss this final chance to buy properties which are suitable for everyone from first time buyers to growing families.”
Located just one mile outside of Luton town centre, the development has excellent transport links and provides urban living in a thriving town.
Three and four bedroom properties remain available at the site and those looking to purchase at Dallow Place may be eligible to benefit from Help to Buy, the government’s purchasing scheme.
Greg added: “Help to Buy allows buyers to secure a brand new home with as little as a five per cent deposit, a mortgage of just 75% and the remaining 20% in the form of an interest free government loan, repayable in the same time period as the mortgage.
“Alternatively those who need to sell their current home will appreciate the ease of Persimmon’s Part Exchange scheme – this allows purchasers to move quickly and easily without the worry and headache of finding a buyer.”
Dallow Place has a range of amenities on its doorstep, with The Mall shopping centre being just over a mile away. There is also a wide selection of restaurants, bars, pubs, cafes and clubs.
