Radleigh home buyers take advantage of unique service

A couple of soon-to-be home owners have taken advantage of a unique service from Radleigh Homes and received a guided tour of their new house before it is fully completed.

Adrian Langley and Phoebe Bowler, from Spondon, recently visited their under-construction house on Radleigh’s Brindley Park development in Chellaston as part of its ‘Meet the Builder’ initiative – and were delighted with what they saw.

They visited the development, off Woodgate Drive, to meet the site manager, who talked them through the work that Radleigh are currently carrying out prior to the completion and their purchase of the property.

The ‘Meet the Builder’ visit is done in addition to a ‘new home demonstration’ by the housebuilder – allowing the buyer to see how their property will look from a very early stage in the process.

Brindley Park, off Woodgate Drive, Chellaston, was launched in May and offers homebuyers the luxury of enjoying village life on the outskirts of the city.

Smaller than other developments in the area, Brindley Park features an outstanding collection of just 54 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes, located in the highly sought after village of Chellaston.

The development will have its own unique community feel, with lots of green open spaces and a well-equipped play park, as well as a whole host of other amenities close by.

Each property will benefit from private parking and its own secure rear garden – and in common with all Radleigh homes, the build quality and finish of the properties is of the highest standard.

The visit has further heightened the anticipation for the couple, who are excited to move into their three-bedroom Milldale property on the development.

Speaking of their move, and the help that the Radleigh team has given them, Phoebe said:

“We are so glad we chose Radleigh to buy our first home with. They have made the process so smooth and enjoyable. They communicate with us regularly and are so helpful.

“Meeting the builder was an exciting bonus and we have loved watching the whole process and seeing every stage of our house being built. Thanks to Radleigh we are going to have an extra special, sparkly Christmas.”

Commenting on the ‘Meet the Builder’ initiative, Natalie Griffiths, head of sales at the Radleigh Group, said:

“It’s always a delight to show people around their new home before it’s fully finished so they can get a good idea of where we are in the build process and fully understand the care and attention that goes into building every one of our homes.

“It’s nice to see how excited Adrian and Phoebe are about moving into their new Milldale home and reassure them that we’re with them every step of the way.

“Brindley Park is proving really popular and it’s going to have a fantastic community feel to it so I would recommend that anyone who is interested in moving to the development gets in touch soon to find out more about the properties on offer.”

Rated as one of the top 15 areas in England to raise children, Chellaston puts homebuyers at the heart of village life, but with great road links to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester via the A50 and M1.

The village boasts excellent local amenities, with a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, along with a library and medical centre. There is a great choice of schools and further education facilities in the area too, including Chellaston Academy for 11 – 18 year olds.

Prices at Brindley Park start from £220,000 with the government’s Help To Buy scheme.
