Step inside Manchester’s 173,600 sq ft No8 First Street scheme
New images released today (November 29) show how the No8 First Street development in Manchester could look once complete.
The 173,600 sq ft Grade-A office scheme, being delivered in a joint venture between real estate firm PATRIZIA UK and the Greater Manchester Property Venture Fund, will feature double-height winter gardens and column-free floor plates.
Facing onto Tony Wilson Place, the new public square within the wider First Street project, work on the building has progressed rapidly since last month’s topping-out ceremony.
The scheme has taken shape further this week with the installation of exterior cladding.
A marketing suite for No8 has also opened, with plans to hold a series of occupier and agents tours in the pre-Christmas pipeline.

PATRIZIA UK’s head of development, Dan Williams, said: “Progress on No8 is gathering pace and it’s already clear to see how impressive this seven-storey office development will be when it completes next year.
“No8 will be a key part of the 20-acre First Street site and new occupiers will be joining an impressive line-up of high profile companies including AutoTrader, Ford Credit Bank, Jacobs Engineering and Amaze, which together employ over 2,000 people.”
He added: “First Street is establishing itself as a key destination in the city of Manchester.”
