Strong increase in private viewings at waterside homes

The number of viewings for Trent Basin has risen sharply in the past month, with its developers, Blueprint reporting an increase in demand for its low energy homes.

Agents FHP Living and Royston & Lund enjoyed a weekend event of fully booked private appointments with potential homebuyers highlighting strong interest in waterside living with two, three and four bedroom houses or apartments available.

With Phase One now complete, Trent Basin connects city life with waterside living and has already seen 50% of its 45 homes reserved or sold, totalling a combined value of £6.5million.

During the private viewings, visitors were able to walk down the new Navigation Street and Portside Street, and see the design and layout of the tall contemporary homes inspired by European canal houses as well as the impressive views looking across the River Trent and Nottingham’s cityscape.
