With construction phases two and three now underway, units are available to reserveaccording to Bradley Hall the chartered surveyors marketing the site
Automotive servicing and repair company Kwik Fit has already occupied and opened at the Park, which Peter Bartley, operations director at Bradley Hall, believes ‘is an indication of the calibre of tenants expected to take retail and office space.’
Peter Bartley, operations director at Bradley Hall, said: “This is a fantastic site in a prime location.
“The units range in size and are able to be designed to meet the requirements of each individual occupier, including unit size and internal fittings. For example the Kwik Fit unit was purpose built for the company’s operations, with a specially installed work shop and reception area.
“St Andrews Park is situated only 1.5 miles from Durham City centre, and is surrounded by established leading retailers, encouraging a high footfall. There is a good surrounding population, further supporting that this is an excellent area to base a business.”
Mark Swallow, development consultant Angel Developments (Durham) Limited, added: “We are delighted to have the site so close to completion and to have Kwik Fit on board.
“The innovative development provides tenants with the opportunity to create their own bespoke space within one of the region’s leading retail parks.
“We are in an advanced discussions with a drive through restaurant and a range of other retailers. Thanks to its fantastic location and the popularity of the surrounding retail park and high passing trade, we are expecting the units to be very attractive to a range of businesses.”
