Aircraft management firm Naljets grows fleet with $2m King Air addition
Cramlington-based Naljets has taken delivery of a new $2 million aircraft, adding to its luxury business jet fleet.
Naljets provides aircraft management services to businesses and private jet owners, as well as charter sales services for customers looking to travel on aircraft ranging from small regional airplanes to large business jets.
Adding the Beechcraft King Air C90 GTX to its collection, a nine-seater plane which will help the company to meet demand from clients at home and abroad chartering aircrafts for business and leisure purposes.
The fleet expansion follows the announcement that pilot training and testing specialist PTT Aviation, owned by Naljets, has acquired flight training organisations at Newcastle and Durham Tees Valley Airports, just months after acquiring the training facility at Leeds Bradford Airport. It now has a fleet of 30 aircraft and helicopters across the North of England.
Craig McLeod, managing director of Naljets, said: “We are delighted to have added the Beechcraft King Air C90 GTX to our fleet.
“The King Air is a very versatile aircraft and ideal for business or leisure charters. Its spacious cabin offers exceptional comfort whilst the aircraft size makes it perfect for airports with shorter runways, so it’s convenient for smaller airports closer to your chosen destination.
“We’re seeing record numbers of charter requests for our aircraft so the addition of the King Air expands our capability further and, we anticipate interest in the aircraft to be very strong.”
