Double ISO accreditation for HR software specialist Cascade
HR software specialist Cascade has secured two ISO accreditations, following a six month assignment to prepare.
Scooped at the end of a significant year for the business, the ISO27001 and ISO9001 certifications reflect Cascade’s commitment to information security and quality control.
The ISO27001 success signifies a robust approach to data risk management and international information security best practice. It will allow for the systematic implementation of data protection processes as Cascade continues to grow, which will benefit the company and clients alike.
Elsewhere, ISO9001 has been awarded in recognition of the quality systems that the team has put in to place. Designed to act as a powerful business improvement tool, Cascade’s quality protocol now ensures effective corporate governance throughout the supply chain. This will therefore safeguard the delivery of consistently high standards that clients have come to expect from Cascade’s technology and services, as the company evolves.
Commenting on the success, Cascade’s commercial director Jayne Clarke said: “These international standards act as strategic guidelines that equip organisations like ours to tackle multiple modern business challenges.
“They’re scalable too – the processes that we’ve laid out as we’ve prepared for the ISO examination, will ensure our operations are streamlined, efficient and resilient, long into the future. This independent ‘seal of approval’ lends further authenticity and credibility to the strategic goals and policies that we roll out, and gives customers complete confidence in our support moving forward.”
Pursuance of these two accreditations was spearheaded by Cascade’s technical operations manager James Lee and technical systems manager Paul Dyson. It is the latest in a series of milestone 2016 achievements for the company, following the relocation to new 16,000sqft offices, the acquisition of Octopus HR and the launch of CascadeGo.
Cascade is a lead brand within IRIS Human Capital Management – the UK’s fourth largest supplier of people-critical software.
