American cosmetics giant launches Liverpool ONE boutique
US cosmetics brand Urban Decay has arrived in Merseyside with the launch of a boutique at Liverpool ONE.
The California-headquartered firm’s new store is housed within a 1,000 sq ft unit on the corner of Paradise Street and Peter’s Lane.
Designed by an in-house team, the interior reflects the brand with bold colours, boudoir-style furniture and mirrors, according to Urban Decay.
Discussing the latest opening at the city’s flagship shopping and leisure complex, Miles Dunnett of Grosvenor Europe, which owns Liverpool ONE, said: “The opening of Urban Decay adds to our already very strong line-up of international brands.
“This debut highlights Liverpool ONE’s as one of the most in-demand destinations in the UK for high profile fashion and lifestyle brands.”
Urban Decay’s general manager for the UK & Ireland, Isabel Malbois, commented: “We are thrilled to have opened our flagship boutique at Liverpool ONE in the heart of the city and just in time for the festive period.
“The Urban Decay boutique represents everything the UD brand is known for: feminine, a little dangerous and a lot of fun!”
More than 20 new retail brands committed to Liverpool ONE this year, including Rolex, which opened a boutique next to Goldsmiths earlier this month, and lingerie company Victoria’s Secret.
Property firms Cushman & Wakefield and Metis Real Estate Advisors represented Liverpool ONE in the deal.
